Welcome to the 12th Anniversary NC Folk Arts Festival website. As you tour our site, we hope you are as excited as we are about the 2012 Festival. It promises to be one of the best yet! Ms. Ghee Johnson is heading up our entertainment group and has a top flight line up of performers ranging from local dance troups to country western bands. Ms. Shirley Lewis McMillan is busy working with a varied of vendors to provide down home country folk arts and great food! Publicity is being expertly handled by Ms. Suzanne Malloy and DeWitt Rountree is our web manager. So enjoy the web site visit and more importantly, come on over to St. Pauls and try on the 2012 North Carolina Folk Arts Festival. Y'all come now, ya hear. 

 Big doings in little St. Pauls. Join us for the fabulous 12th Anniversary North Carolina Folk Arts Festival. It's a great opportunity to pick up a piece of exceptiontal North Carolina Pottery crafted by one of our local pottery artisens , you can watch as they work the clay making another piece of North Carolina Pottery come to life. Fine crafted wood items, serving trays, ink pens, and boxes, to name a few on display and avilable. Art photography, locally produced honey, leather goods, quilts and lots more handmade personal items for sale. Lots of craft vendors working to provide you with delightful gifts and wet your appetite.

Speaking of wetting your appetite---you'll find a wide variety of foods like homemade Bar B Q's, turkey legs, hamburgers, funnel cakes, cotten candy, Sunshine lemonade, Italian ice, and Lumbee Homemade Ice Cream. No excuses for leaving hungry.

The day long stage show features a musical review of different genres and dance performances showcasing a variety of styles and backgrounds.

So come on down and join in the big doings in downtown little St. Pauls.

Mission Statement: Your Folk Arts Festival Committee, recognizing the potential impact this event can have on the Town of St. Pauls, under takes this annual one day event to bring large numbers of visitors to our community and to provide educational scholarship opportunities with proceeds from this event.

Your 2012 NC Folk Arts Festival Steering Committee Members invite you to join our efforts by volunteering your time and talents...or by making a financial contribution.
